My name is Dave, and I’ve been homebrewing since late 2008. After two sub-par extract batches, I took a few months to assemble an all-grain brewing setup and to learn to write recipes. I can currently brew 5 to 15 gallon batches. I try to brew once a month, and I’m a proud member of the Winona Area Homebrewers, who meet every third Tuesday at Ed’s No Name Bar in downtown Winona.

Why Carport Brewing? Simple. In the nicer months, I kick the car out of the carport, and brew there instead!
